It might be that its too rich too you know eric? How do you know its lean?

Because i had the same symptoms last time, drilled the jets and it pulles much better, but still felt like it had more to give. And this tome i took it up the strip and it was suffering from the same thing before just nowhere near as bad. When i get in I'm gonna adjust coilies, then if i have time ill whip the carbs off and drill jets, set mixture screws and check how out of balance they are, as cyl one deffo sounds off.

Dunno how much I've advanced it, but saying that, it was gutless last night on the motorway home, trying to pull 4th at 50 odd mph and it werent having it! So maybe it is pinking. Gonna set it back to 10 degrees tonight anyway

Mines like that, but that's cus its running 10:1 AFR at wide open at first, then as it gets up to 4/5K it rockets to 15:1.

I even shifted down to third tho so like 5-6k and it had nothing lol. Nearer to home i put my foot down and it was fine again! Lol

I think its definetly down to fuelling mate. Mines silly for a GT and is no where near at its full potential (And prob will never be )
