You can upgrade your cars just no tuning as you say. Still be good though with the assists off

Step 3:Fully tune it to 800bhp

Step 4:Don't be a pussy and drive with-out steering assist and manual

Step 5:Go find a Lambo

Step 6:Goodbye Lambo

Every car on it is classed as Easy in a street race bar a few

I'm sure you can import the upgrades to use on the Horizon versions
