This happened last year I remember, people putting names down and then bailing. As Jake says, it's unfair on those who may have been tunred away, and the club has rearranged the date this year so people should have more funds (end of the month last year IIRC). I'd be tempted to take a deposit in future so only the commited will, well, commit

how people have no money on the 2nd of a month i do not no what do they do for the rest of 28 days oof the month lol. i will be there to suport the event even though i will be in the lupo :) same engine as the polo
