i got a quote for a boot respray today .... they want £300 ! that sounds a bit steep tbh, would rather buy a new boot

Where i used to work they charged £300 per Panel to repaint. I'm sure if you looked around you could probaly get it done for about £150.

But remember you pay for what you get.

yea bbs ra's rule on breadys trust bru! I've been running mine for ages on 80/70mm drop. no rub what-so-ever! plus they look oem, mines a mk2 but they look so good too on mk2f

hmm thats not bad then , that price was including smoothing off the badge and the wiper hole ( which i told him i would do but still quoted me on it )

yeah they do awesome! is it ok on speed bumps? I'm planning on doing 80 on the front ( maybe 90 ) and then how ever low i feel like going on the coilovers on the back

my front number plate fell off today :( bit of advice ... dont use the number plate sticky pads! I've had to put the old one in the front window for now :(

not really an exciting update but .... i have bought myself a 8 ball gear knob

2nd attempt at lowering the car has failed :( we tried a scaffold bar and it wouldnt budge so I'm gonna take it down a garage and get them to crack it off with a impact gun then tighten it enough so i can get home :)

Edit: i also collected a mk2 golf splitter today so thatll be on soon :)
