Yes,

1- when you post something before clicking the button tick the box saying you want to receive notifications of a reply

2- Select options at the top of the first post in the tread and click subscribe

3 - in'My Controls' under options on the left click email settings and you can defaultly subscribe to all your new posts. You can un-tick the box as per 1 if you want to before you post
