Digging generator Out aha

it better be a quiet one!!

There is power on site though so you don't 'need' a generator, unless you are brining a Microwave and a flat screen TV and a fridge and Air Con!

So we can charge phones and that there?

yeah there are camping electric points round the edge of the field. There is a charge for it though and you need a camping plug so its not quite that straight forward but I would have thought it would be nicer than a generator. There are also power sockets in the toilets if you like hanging round in there! :-D

I normally just use a car charger though if its just for phones.

Man we can split atoms since ~80 Years and shoot humans to the moon since ~45 Years.

You won't believe it, but YES, you can charge anything there.

The secret is "electricity".

Pssst, but don't tell anybody, not that people bring with a Microwave and a flat screen TV and a fridge and Air Con! :-)

cheers

I'm sure they wanted £25 a night for electric, unless Toby is massive retard

he is.. I think it was an extra £5 a night. so intotal it would be £20 a night with our discount with our our discount I think it would have been £25 a night in total. Perhaps that is what he meant!

Generator is 83db whilst powering a jigsaw if this helps :p

Mikey and the blue one have both been at polo show - shamone!

i assume that the cp already pays for electricity cos in the big marquee are always the lights on and there is also a power distribution in the marquee when i remember right.

There are also other ways to get some electricity, but let's not talk about that here on the forum.

Btw you need a CEE-Connector for the powersockets, like this (or a usual one for the power distribution sockets):

Can upgrade when you get there.

Dunno why need it so much anyway.. survived ever other poloshow without leccy

Because fridge

---not to but in----

I've got electric on mine Fuck knows why but there is. Donations taken for use of it tho ;)

Has anyone got the correct plugs etc for the hookup tho? Not just a box with a 240v socket in! Need the 3pin plug and cable to a adapter iirc plugged into a junction box with proper household sockets altho that may not be 100% correct unless i ask the parents as they have a caravan.

Standard 13amp camp site plugs.
