Had a productive day

Changed the exhaust to a standard one

And finally changed the broken head light

Needs a polish and I need to spray the panel under the headlights but that's enough for one day!

Also check out the how the lights sit in the wing, might put the amber ones back in

Also put a throttle return spring in which is seriously stiff for full throttle I will need to stand up ha

At least it doesn't take ages to get back to idle now

No Not sarcastic i think it looks good.

I had to also put a stronger throttle return spring on mine as it was not getting back to idle.

Halfords do a box of assorted springs about £8 all various lengths and strengths

Sorted it now :)

Cheers anyway - just used 2 springs

Hopefully someone can help - basically as of today, my car struggles when accelerating (holds back) and pops out of the carbsz

check your timing marks too. dots on the cams should line up..

also sort the fucking air leaks as I've told you 100 times!! lol

Just put it up for sale pretty gutted but I have no choice ATM lack of money and a big commute mean diesel time

15's look awesome on mk3's, I will say that RA's are a pain in the arse to keep clean though.

That was with 165 50 nankangs, only 60mm aswell I think.

I should have gone 45's on the front tbh.
