Yellow Skoda Fabia VRS

Featured Replies

I have my Skoda Fabia VRS reluctantly for sale. I am now getting back into Motocross and need a car with a towbar. Annoyingly the VRS are not approved to tow but the standard Fabia models are......complete joke. Rant over...

119K miles (will go up because it’s my daily)

Full service history

MOT due March (planning on sticking 12 months on before it sells)

Service due in May

Taxed till end of July

Front tyres are 2 weeks old (AVONS £175), very good Toyo Proxes on rear! Tracking was also checked and corrected

1.9TDI (PD130 engine), 130bhp (at least, maybe slightly more)

Lowered on AP Coilovers (not seized)

Seat Ibiza Cupra PD160 intake pipe

Silicone boost hoses

K+N panel filter

Audi 17” wheels (some kerbing on edges)

Seat Sport front upper strut brace (power coated green)

Rear upper Forge strut brace (power coated green)

Polo 9n rear wiper

New style rear VRS badge

De-tangoed indicator lights all round

Seat Leon Cupra R front splitter (currently removed as it had started to droop in the middle – can fit a new one if required)

Aero flat front wiper blades

6 CD changer as standard

Air con

electric front windows

electric boot release

Car has a 10 year anti-corrosion warranty as standard, think it covers most things except stone chips

Paint work is very good for its age, a few stone chips

I have standard suspension, pipes etc, manual and oils which will go with the car.

Bad bits:

Heater is a bit slow to react to temperature change requests – its always been like that so don't know if it just slow, I've learnt to live with it.

Slight cracking of paint on front bumper where the plastic has flexed.

Very Very Occasionally the power steering becomes heavy for around 10-20 seconds, really isn't a problem but wanting to be honest. (common fault with Fabias)

Pictures (there is a parcel shelf, removed to show the brace)

The guy before me worked at Radical Sports Cars and looked after it very well, all modifications were carried out by him.

I really don't want to sell it and to be quite honest, I'm not bothered if it doesn't sell. Price is £4100 or swap for a4 tdi/passat etc...

Thanks,

Adam
