MOT light question????

hi got my MOT coming up and I've got angeleyes on my car,there right hand drive but i would like to know about adjusting them. My car has the 7-pin motor adjustment but the lights only have 4 pin so theres no way of adjusting them from the drivers seat. How do polos with manual adjustments work? Is it an MOT failure if i cannot adjust them from inside the car.

My cars a mk4 polo, thanks
