Yes, sealant, well known the world over for being perfect and commonly used for sealing tyres... Incidentally sticker bombing, chopped springs and rusty bonnets aren't cool.

For those who don't know, the Milliken's are authors of various vehicle dynamics texts, such as 'Race Car Vehicle Dynamics' and 'Chassis Design'. Their work on vehicle dynamics is highly-reputed in automotive and motorsport industries across the world.

I wonder if you would all be so quick to point out what is wrong with their car as much as this Japanese chap's car. For all you know, this chap has done the same calculations that the Milliken's did on their car, and can prove not only that it is completely safe, but that it can offer significant performance advantages over 'conventional setups' (as well as creating controversy in internet forums everywhere). Even if he hasn't, and can't, chances are none of you could either

Bit different than the mess one part of the Japanese custom car scene has got itself into. Nothing practical about that Celica, and there are too many running like that for them all to be doing it as a piss-take.

Sorry, but if I am an idiot for being concerned about safety when it comes to my friends and familly, then you must be some sort of a vegetable in comparison if you are happy to be sharing the road with things like that.

And I don't care how slow he drives, or what country it's in, it is still dangerous and completely unnecessary. Not only that but people in this country are aware of this car and I wouldn't put it past somebody to try and replicate it.

Sadly, the sort of person who is most likely to copy someone/something else, is generally speaking, going to be of the retard variety. And that has the possibility to be a very dangerous combination.

I'm not so concerned about safety that I wonder about the cars in Japan. There are loads of sheds on the road that incompetent idiots are maintaining and I don't concern myself with that every day either. If you worry about every possibility of every single car on the road you'd most likely never leave the house.
