Hi everyone just bought my first car which is a blue 6n2 1.0L

bought the car as a cat c write off and then got it repaired so didn't cost all that much really.

it will will be a slow build as i have to pay to learn to drive as well as buying stuff for the car.

Here it is the day i got it

then i got a gti grill, sprayed the vw badge black and also got some fog lights

i have also got my hands on a set of the bbs's that come on the gti which will be going on for a bit

when i have enough money the car will be going on coilovers and some nice wheels will be sorted!

here it is with the wheels on, i gave the edges a quick spray just to make them look a bit better.

just needs to be on coilovers now as it looks like a boat haha!

managed to pass my test ( 2nd time ) haha 3 weeks ago so have been driving the boat round since, then pay day came so ordered some coilovers and fitted them now its like this :) need to raise the back a little then all will be good

Looks good, wish my 6n2 was this colour.

Wasnt the insurance extravagant for the coilovers as you have just passed?

Finally got some new wheels for the polo :)

they are rota flashbacks in fairly good condition and weren't to expensive either

Little update not much changed just took the front helpers out, got a gti splitter apart from that nothing major :)

Lovely looking car you've got there mate.

So on christmas eve i got offered a silly amount of money for the Rota's as someone was desperate for them so they went which then left me looking for new wheels.

My mate was selling his recently refurbished Ats Cups, Staggered 7j + 8j, so we test fitted them decieded they looked cool so i bought them :) also got the front down a bit more but until i get a chassis notch cant go any lower on the front :( also bought a Momo 280 and fitted that just waiting on snap off boss kit to go with it.

Want to hopefully get hold of some smoothed bumpers and get the front a bit lower in the next few months and hopefully sort the interior out.

never been a fan of the newer shape polos but the 6n2 does look nice in that colour on thse wheels
