This will the last time I see her now for 3 weeks. It should be the case that she will be all painted next time I see her!

Fantastic stuff mate :-) Are you still definitely going with the original colour or have you toyed with the idea of changing it....?

Nice work, good to see someone getting a proper full respray, not just around the outside. Are you going to get it all rust proofed during the re-build?

Yeah I have thought about changing the colour, I thought about the comet blue but at the end of the day you don't see too many in the Calypso Metallic and the idea is that it should look original from the outside (bar the wheels). So its staying green! actually its quite surprising how much the paint has faded it, so currently its a very silver green so when its done the colour over the whole of the car will be very different.

There is a breadvan somewhere in my area (seen it a few times passing through the town) that Calypso green and there's another that burgundy, only ever seen one burgundy one here and no Calypso Green ones. It will look awesome when it's painted, metallic paint was an optional extra by the way so you can tick that off the OEM list.

Picked up a load of stuff from the powder coaters

A petrol tank, Rear Beam and front Anti Roll Bar

So currently building up the suspension so the shell can be put back on to the wheels for the outside to be painted!

So have been building up alll the new rear brakes. But First some things needed painting.

Rear drum and stub axle

Front struts

this is coming together so well. cant wait to see more :)

All the inside has been rubbed smoothed ready for painting

fitted some new sound deadening in the front

However, I'm suprised your still running the standard ARB set up. With all the work and the use it will get, invest in a subby!!

I'd recommend investment into a subframe too,

Stage 2 and retain the ARB.

Well a subframe might come later but a stage 2 one. The problem I have is I don't know one will fit with the AFH as I already have to space the arb down and forward to clear the manifold. Renegade had the same problem with his PPS one. So I might have to see if the boys at PPP can test fit one and see what needs to be done to make it fit! :)

£144 that included some work on shot blasting a tool box..

Stage 2 will fit, as the bar sits infront of the ARB

You can then space it down the same as you would just the ARB.

Do it mark, Pick one up at the RR

Mark, I have a stage 3 not bolted to a car atm and wont be for a while. If you want to borrow it at all, your more than welcome.

Yep.. that was Renegade (Dan)

I want to leave the sump and pump as standard as the engine has proven it self reliable so I don't really want to mess with it :)

PPS done exist anymore do they? Last time i checked, he was exploring other things or something

Forgot about the sump on the AFH, and it being so bloody deep. Stage 3 is out of the question until that is remedied. My offer still stands though mark if you want to mock it up or something
