1.6 AFH Turbo sounds the shiz.

My power @ the wheels is abit more but cant wait to get the 1.6 covertion myself. Extra torque will really help.

Head gasket is done, all new cool'nt has gone in today, new oil to come, and its finished up for sale she goes,

It will have a years MOT and 6 months tax,

The engine has a 1.4 16v head and a 1.6 16v gti block, the gti block cant have done any more than 40.000 and the head has done about 80.000, rolling road tested at 136.8 bhp, and is great fun,

Mileage for the block seems about right, think the head is more like 70k, as I sold it to you around about 68k..

Right a little bit of information about the car,

I brought the car from a little old lady who lived in a massive house down a private road, the car was garaged from brand new it had only done 27000k when i got it, it has got two prevous owners because it was in my mums name at first,

I have had the car for over 4 years now, lots of time effort and money has go in to this car, the Engine i got from jez off here its a 1.6 16v gti block with a 1.4 16v head 136.8 bhp not even mapped so maybe more, i changed the cam belt when we put the engine in about a year ago, i have just done the head gasket i cought it straight away and took it off the road so no damage was done, my uncle who works for ford took the head to work and checked it for me and it was fine( luckly ) i have also just put 16v brakes on the front brake pads not even worn in, drums on the back.

The inside is not grate its 8v door cards and seats not the best + no rear seats ( i have'nt got them ) i am trying to make a deal with a mate of mine at the mo for a full 16v interia, (will have to see what happens)

I truly do love this car but my work moved to the worst placer ever, i wouldnt even get down the roads there so poor. so i got a land rover insted of wrecking my polo,

I will be really sad to see this car go but i have got about 800 pics of it through the stages, wich i can do a copy for the new owner,
