Ryans Polo 9n

Featured Replies

My 2002 Polo 1.2E got it for £1500 with only 25,000miles on the clock and only 1 previous owner! It was owned by an elderly couple who had it from new before me.

Mods so far:

-matt black vinyl roof

-tinted rear windows

-heko wind deflectors

-polo badge removed and vw badges painted black

-stereo surround colour coded

-lowered 50mm on springs

-black/chrome lip audi pepper pots

-double din stereo, 12inch vibe subwoofer and two vibe 6x9's

-pressed plates and abt tuning plate holders

-clubpolo sticker :-D

Future mods:

-coilovers

-17inch alloys (really like tt comps)

-black/grey headliner and pillars

-front splitter

-possibly colour code bump strips although i think the black ties in nice just now

Yeah I'm pretty sure we do have the same colour, it's like a darker red than most of the red polos out there. :-D

pretty nice! 25k is nothing hahaha!

i like the centre console as well. How did you manage to get all the soft touch rubber stuff off?

It was a nightmare to be perfectly honest, had to take it off with a stanley blade and some heavy duty sand paper. Then used finer grit sandpaper to make it all perfectly smooth again ready for primer, it took forever. Was worth it though I love the result! :-D
