Adjusting pedals on 6n1

Hi guys, I'm hoping you could give some light on adjusting the resting pedal positions, I've drawn an image of how they are at the moment, and I'm hoping to be able to change the positions without affecting things like throttle position, brake pressure and clutch engagement, is this possible?

The clutch isn't so important, but when I'm moving from throttle to brake I keep catching my shoe on the side of the brake pedal, which is a little annoying, any ideas?

If you imagine a face view and side view, this is roughly where they are, and roughly how I want them to end up underneath.
