(Hope this in the right section now :-) )

I bought a USB VAG cable from GENDAN LIMITED, & downloaded the vcds lite from ross tech & set the interface up ok. I connected it to my 02 polo 9n & the test setup was ok.

I would like to explore the full features & want to know if this cable would work with the registered $99 VCDS software from ross tech? or would I be wasting my money?
