if its bubbling you need to re-do it with some quality stuff, get a temperature controllable hair dryer and go over it section by section, making sure its pulled really tightly

Cheers joe I've been back over it and pulled it all a bit tighter, apart from the bit around the fan controls. I've just taken that off!

COILOVERS and slam it!

i have BBS san marino alloys on mine and lowered it 50mm....made barely any difference!

i have now just bought coilovers and let them settle and lowered it to the lowest setting and its still not low low...

loving the wheels though sets the car off nicely! :)

get some angel eye headlights like mine and will look awesome

also just a quick one be careful on your standard shocks and lowering springs... i know when i did mine it took alot of bumps and i fucked the top mounts!! so had to replace them both! :)

Cheers Jl yea I'm defo gonna look at getting the fk coilies possibly next month, put the spacers on the other day and I'm gonna try and sort the angel eyes today, will try and get some pics up later :) hopefully il sort the suspension before I do any damage to the top mount then!!

i do think the angel eyes make it look so much better! i love mine now...i set it up for DRLs too, was a bit complicated with all the wires but soon sorted it. I'm waiting on my HIDs to arrive.......hopefully after christmas now! as they mucked up the order :( but first need to sort my EGR valve!! bloody thing:)

Please please please throw that bonnet bra away or sell it. They just scratch the shit out of everything underneath it.

Cheers guys, yea my wheels seem to be getting mixed reviews haha, some love them and some hate them! I was looking at getting rid of them and getting some bbs reps but tbh, I wanna stay away from the crowd a little. Now I have the spacers on the rear I'm definetly happier with them.

I think once I get more lows they will look even better tbh and that's the next mod as I keep looking thinking... You need to close that gap!

So budget coilovers are on the cards for January.. Either JOMs or fk aks

Had to purchase hids as standard bulbs just didn't seem enough with the projectors in the angel eyes.

And don't worry I never got round to ordering the bonnet bra anyway and from a lot of reports that was the right decision by far!

These wheels are way better than BBS reps. BBS reps are boring and a bit of a cop out ha

Am I seeing things or is there a sticker on the bumpstrip on the front bumper? Looks nice and would be a good idea to hide a scuff

Cheers Pepy yea i checked the FK site the other day and they're back up to £130 for the pair :/ in regards to the tint level... I'm honestly not sure, they are one off limo black. They are all the same colour but its just different light levels that make the tints seem to differ hugely!

So around 6% N/L then? oooooh so tempting! Have you considered getting smoked side repeaters? My cars the same colour and I think the white repeater breaks the smoothness haha.

Picked up my coilovers from the depot today, was hoping to get them fitted tomorrow but i dont think thats going to happen :/

So we managed to get the rears done yesterday... looks much better but after getting half way through the fronts we didnt have all the right tools :/

Got it back from the garage today, coilovers are now fitted all round, pretty happy with outcome but tomorrow it'll be back on the axel stands so i can get the front down a little more
