I have just got a lovely new/old 1999 polo 6n!

I need some help trying to fit a remote locking kit into the central locking

I have looked in the boot at the pump and tested the cables on it with a test meter.

The wiring appears to be something along the lines of -

Grey/Black and Grey/Red - Temporary 12v power on one when locking and the other when unlocking

Brown - Negative

Red/White - Positive

Red/Black - No power unless car is unlocked then +12v until locked.

The kit I have bought does not make it obvious which to connect.

Of the 4 wiring diagrams to follow for the locking unit, only 2 seem to be relevant (last picture on dropbox)

One wants to be connected to the opening and closing signals only (fig1 a and b)

The other wants to connect only to one cable the central locking pump (fig 4 f)

If you guys can help me get this fitted that would be great :-)

I've fitted the rClick kit to mine, this looks exactly the same.

The wires I connected are as follows:

Connected red & both yellows to the red 12V on the plug.
White/black wires go to grey/black on the plug
white wire to grey/red on the plug.
