Does anyone pay to upgrade their photo bucket from a free account?

Ran out of bandwidth on mine and don't want old posts etc to suffer deleted pictures and stuff

flickr s better if you are gunna pay for anything.

Photobucket is wank, downgrades awfully.

I've paid for the upgrade like you because I didn't want all my post pictures to disappear... Its ok but I much prefer it before they did their fancy upgrade

PB used to be good but got to agree with tubs its pretty wank now. Picture quality aside, mine has somehow swallowed all my old videos and using it on a mobile is fucking painful, but you have to use the full site because the mobile version is even more useless

never used flicker but if you have to pay I doubt I ever will

your pictures will come back when a new month begins on your account membership thingy. just means youve used all your bandwith for this month from people looking at your pics alot iirc.

honestly, flickr is SO MUCH BETTER

i know no photographers that use photobucket, just flickr. and i know a few.

photographers use it as you cant download the pics i believe

but its soooo slow to upload pics on here ect. and the app isnt as good either.

slow probably because it uploads the full photo instead of a shit quality version.

app is better than photobucket app

Facebook lets you upload a better quality photo than photobucket.

I've never had an issue with it being slow infact. upps quicker then facebook

another thing thats handy, if you need a certain size pic with photobucket you have to edit and re-size.

flickr already does it for you and offers about 10 different sizes.

How much space do you get with photobucet?

flickr doesnt work on bandwidth, and allows you to upload 1TB

1TB is a hell of a lot! No monthly limit

Fucking LOL itd cost $800 a year for 1TB on photobucket

I pay $24.99 a year for my photobucket. which gives me unlimited bandwidth and 25gb

I like photobucket as its easy to make the IMG codes to post into forums.. well it was easier before the update but its still not too bad. I couldn't work out how to do it on flickr

1 TB is a hell of a lot... maybe it needs that much is the images that are uploaded are uncompressed and 10mb a time (prob why photographers use it). But All my photo till the start of time are on PB and I've only used 3.7gb and the quality is good for forums.

I did look at moving when I ran out of bandwidth... but tbh I couldn't be arsed.. might look again though. :)
