Yeah only 6.5j the ET does them favours with being so low and sitting flush with the arch.

And it drives well, just need to press a button and up it goes, the joys of having air ride I guess.

Ohh and the steelies will be sold for the first decent offer I get, running them through winter then advertising after it, unless someone wants them sooner, as the money will be going towards show wheels.

last photoshoot before the changes happen, roll on 2014! new wheels are being reserved for a few weeks of kind guy, my wheels will be sold on the 23rd, along with the GTI interior, fabricated my new interior just need to weld a few parts then its ready to fit, get the car into the body shop, and get the false floor done!

Is the splitter new? If so where did you get it from bud?

Splitter was brand new, a friend bought it for his polo, then sold the polo so had no need, for it, got it off him for £40, TPS and VW will have them in stock, but cost around £60 iirc

So.. Updates

Old Wheels went ..

Winter Wheels came, looking sorry for it's self with its horrific reverse rake, dirty sills, and tiny 13s

Next came christmas and a new snow foam lance from the GF, AMDetailing fnow foam works a treat

AND...

New wheels arrived on the 24rd, test fit Christmas Day, happy with the results, needs more work to be perfect though, more front lows, and arch rolling, and flared rears.

Bumper is off to see how little strut clearance i have, luckily theres about 10-15mm of a gap :)

If anyone knows what the wheels are, please refrain from saying, all wil be revealed after a photoshoot late feb with a feature.

Sold the GTI interior, and now have my new interior fitted after some cutting fabricating and welding, cant wait till 2014 show season.

arches will only be rolled, and the rears pulled bout 10mm at the very very max

Rubbish pictures, and interior is a mess due to having no rear seats, and tools in the back.. but the seats are in and comfy.
