Polo 6N / 6N2 AirRide Suspension

Featured Replies

Car’s going back to standard so my air ride kit is up for grabs. The kit was bought from AirRideSystemUK at the beginning of the year and has only been on the car for about 3 months. The kit has electromagnetic valves which are way quicker than the manual kit. One of the rear struts was leaking air, that’s why there is tiger seal on the bottom as can be seen on the pictures. These kits retail at about £1500, plus fitting. The fronts struts have been custom made – this was to allow me to lay the frame.

The following is included in the kit:

-Front and Rear Sturts with two-bellow Rubena Bags

-400cc Viair Air Compressor

-3button Control (Front UP and DOWN, BOTH UP and DOWN, Rear UP and DOWN)

-3/8 Electromagnetic Valves

-10/8 Airline

-Tank Pressure Viair Gauge

-Twin Needle Viair Pressure Gauge

-6mm Airline for the pressure Gauges

-All necessary airline connectors (most are metal to prevent air leaks)

-Wiring loom for the 3 button control

-Most of the wiring required to get everything up and running

-5 gallon tank with mounting brackets

Anyway, I’ll let the pictures do the rest of the talking
