98 Polo 1.4 CL 'Openair' (manual)

Hi all,

I am currently selling my 1998 Polo, which I have had her since 2012 with the intention of doing her up and making her look awesome (which never happened). I am looking for a price of £500, but any offers would considered.

Good points:

She is still all original

standard shocks, rims etc.

electric side mirrors

power steering

electric front windows

so this would be great for doing up

Tyres tread is good all round

Open Air roof in great condition

Bad points:

openair open does not open. motor works, but not when it is in place (I have taken motor apart to make sure gears are not strip - which they are not) I can only assume the roof would have to come out and mechanism needs to be clean and grease (but this is my guess).

Rear passenger side door/wheel arch was kindly scraped to remove paint and do damage to both by an unknown neighbour.
