How Much Should I Sell for? (Mk3 1.0L genesis)

I will be selling my much loved mk3 genesis coupe soon but wasnt really sure what people would think its worth.

Its a 1993 K REG Mk3 Polo genesis coupe 1.0L In Blue

98,000 miles but will go up from daily use

Mods:

lowered 80mm (will include original springs and shocks)

13" BBS g40 alloys all tyres new around 1500-2000 miles ago (loads of tred left)

debadged front gril

currently has mk3 golf gti leather front seats but will fit original seats for sale (Golf seat can be fitted or sold with for bit extra)

pioneer powerfull headunit

Upgraded FLI speakers (including parcle shelf)

Remote Central Locking (universal kit)

Work done:

New battery (1 year old)

New rocker gasket (2 weeks ago)

New Fan belt (6 months ago)

New fule tank (1-1.5 year(s) ago)

New brake pads (1 month ago)

New brake disks (1 year ago)

New bottom arms (5 months ago)

New suspension bushes (5 months ago)

New full exhaust (1 year ago)

Good points:

Runs Perfectly, always starts (apart from when i leave my lights on all night a run the battery out :P)

interier very clean

Good hadeling (due to lowering and sports shocks)

No mechanical issues

Bad points:

Few parking dents due to inconsidorate people opening their door onto mine

paint work average - good (where a pervious owner removed the side bumpers there is a slight change in color due to sun fade but it so not very noticable but have to mention it. other areas of the car the paint work is very good and cleans up well)

Kurbing one of the wheels (its nothing massive at all but have to mention it for sale)

2 small chips is windscreen (they have both been there since i brought the car 2 years ago and its never come up on MOT and they have not grown)

The bracket for the Back Box has broken (a common this with older cars like this is the bracket that the exhaust rubers go round bend this happen to mine fixed with big cable ties which work very well :) )

The head unit does not work off of the ignition switch meaning that it has to be turned on and off maually (This just randomly happened one day but casuses no problems to me)

Dont let the bad point scare you into thinking its no good as i feel this is an all round great car. looks good runs well it extreamly cheap to run and insure and so are new parts.

The figure I'm looking for this would be £800-£900 (obviously would like £900) but just wanted to know if that sounded like a good price.

If anyone is intrested in buying this i will be selling it in around 2 months time when i have all the money saved for a new car.

I'm located in Halstead, Essex which is right near chelmsford and colchester just to give you some more well known places lol.
