I got good bargain for steel 13 inch rims, but i'm not sure it will fit my polo 6n2 1.4 tdi? Anyone have done this pr having idea it will fit ?

    its why all spec TDIs came with 14s (steelies or alloys) so they clear the brakes :)

I have 13" steels on my 1.0L 6N2, they fit.

Tdi's all came on 14s however the base model 6n2 came with 13s so should be fine.

My SDI runs 13's

They wont clear the brakes dude! TDIs have the same brake setup as a GTI.
