It was on 78k when removed.

Look out for a 1.0L box, gear ratios on the 16v are longer. Always best to use the same box if possible.

Yeah got a gt one as I always see that the afh ones end up going, so saves hassle :)

mines killed a gt box haha dont suppose you know what speeds it does at what revs in 5th if that makes sense? i do alot of motorway miles

Not a clue mate, gt boxes aren't too good for daily motorway miles. I'd suggest going with an 8P as they have a longer 5th. Or chuck the 5th from an 8P into your GT
