VW Polo 6N2 1.0L E For sale (Pics added)

Featured Replies

Right I am selling my Polo, i have owned the car for 2 years and it has never skipped a beat, it is a very tidy examples with only a few bad points which i will highlight later on, the car is currently lowered on TA Technic coil-overs with the helpers removed but I do have the original standard vw set-up. the car also has the Polo GTI front splitter however this has seen better days (the bottom it pretty scraped. Like I say this car has been perfect for me in my first 2 years of driving with cheap insurance but still a nippy little car for a 1.0L. so...

Bad points

  • There are a few small scuffs on both the front and rear bumpers, the back being worse but you don't really notice them until you are up close and personal with it (i have been meaning to get these sorted but never got round to it)
  • the offside stubby wing-mirror it blue, due to the fact it had the wrong one on it when i bought the car (6n mirror) and I haven't got round to sorting that either.
  • there is a small paint flake on the drivers side rear arch, I think it has happened when the arches have been rolled before my ownership, but it is all sealed up by me and is not getting any bigger.
  • the boot lid does not sit entirely flush with the driver-side rear light, I'm sure the rubber bump-stop just needs adjusting.
  • The coil-overs can make the ride very choppy on rough roads at this height, but the stock set-up is supplied or they can always be wound up.
Good points
  • 51 plate 1.0L
  • 59,000 miles on the clock
  • full service history (all receipts to show)
  • Cam belt, pulleys and water pump within the last 500 miles
  • fully detailed and washed most weekends(due to my OCD ha ha  )
  • VW winter wheels or "mini G60" steels with falken ze912 tyres with lots of life left
  • very tidy example always getting comments on how clean and tidy it is.
  • spark plugs, HT leads pollen and air filter all changed at 40,000 miles
  • 9 Months MOT and TAX
As I say this is a very cared for example and has done me very well, I am selling this car only because I fancy the same shape GTI so a genuine reason for sale.

no time wasters please. i am not in a massive rush to sell so no silly offers.

£1,650

if you want any more info or pictures, message me on here or text me as I am busy with work so wont get chance to answer the phone

thanks for looking

Tom
