2001, 1.0 auc engine with aftermarket air filter fitted 2 months ago. 2 weeks ago I noticed a light mist of oil around the engine bay coming from the cam cover/rocker box breather and decided to setup a catch tank. Today whilst fitting my coilovers noticed a hell of a lot of oil everywhere. Catch tank (empty coke can) was full of oil so I emptied it and refitted it to the car thinking not much of it other than it being a lot of oil for 2 weeks of breathing. Did 50 miles tonight parked up for 5 minutes and when I reversed I noticed oil on the floor. Popped the bonnet and saw that the can was full again and spilling everywhere. I don't know why I'm getting so much oil from my cam cover breather is there something blocked or what? Please help as I need this car to get me to work and back everyday :(
