I have Polo1.4tdi 2000year, and I have problem with my gear. From 1st speed to 5th speed work just fine, but to go back makes me problems with 3th speed and 2nd speed, it can't be changed in 3 or 2 speed and I need to reduce the speed of my drive, but when I am not driving it change the speed really good , please anyone may know what is the problem....Thank you,
