As title says, it has been fitted to my car for the last 30k miles and no it doesn't give you much more hp but it makes the engine pull stronger and more responsive and it made my car loads more fun to drive.

All the pins are straight and remember to fit it in the same direction as in the picture (the notch on the chip facing towards the plug end)
