mk3.5 cabby conversion aka The passion wagon

Here is my mk3.5 golf cabby which is officially known as " My Baby"

I brought this turd about a yr ago and she hadnt seen the road in 3 yrs so i popped her on a trailer and brought her back to life,

This is a very tweeked cabby indeed the only original parts of this babe is the shell interior and rear axle everything else has been changed

Engine

she started life as an agg 2.0 8v so once i realised this had a misfire almost no one could figure out i did the right thing and put a bigger engine in, shes not got a fully rebuilt abf 2.0 16v in her 600 miles since rebuild so still technically running in, shes been tweeked in the valve department from a racing team I'm friendly with and shes had a fresh cambelt and clutch when the engine went in, i recon shes running about 160bhp but as shes on the 8v box ( recon box ) she not only cruises on the m1 bloody marvs she pulls like a train and has long gears! STILL ON AS AN 8V IN LOGBOOK

Rebuild consisted of

new piston rings

new big end shells ]

complete head set

valves all lapped in

fresh stem seals

rocker gasket

cambelt kit

plugs

leads

oil filer

decent running in oil

etc etc

Brakes

When i had this it was originally a 4 stud and i converted her to 5 as my benz wheel adapters were 5 stud and shes now running 288mm big discs on the front and bigger calipers and 256mm discs rr and bigger calipers with new wheel bearings all round and new front flexis

wheels

shes rolling on red merc wheels which i dont really know what model there from but there in good condition and have new nagkangs on

suspension

fully adjustable coilovers

new wishbones

d bushes

anti roll bar links

top mounts all round

exhaust

shes running a remus exhaust with a straight through from the cat back sounds lovely and not to much of an asbo

interior

full leather interior with heated front seats which are bloody marvs! the farts bounce off them

alarm

shes fitted with a full centrall locking alarm system aswell

headlights

super bright hid kits in the headlights, ns headlight does have a bullet hole in it tho :(

bodywork

had a full respray in ford frozen white The rear is fully smoothed

This has been a tough time for me to let go :p so shes up for swaps mk2 golf very very welcome, and has to be german related no micras with nazi stickers qualify , or £1600 open to offers
