Help on Steering wheel change on a 1.2 Polo 9N3 2008

Hay guy/gals, I was pondering on changing my basic stereo unit to a Bluetooth enabled fancy sexy new stereo unit. But I do t want the hassle of reaching over to the unit every time I want to answer a call, change a music track or retune the radio? So I was wondering whether it was firstly, possible to change my basic steering wheel to a multifunction steering wheel. Secondly if it is possible, they average costs of doing so, thirdly any recommendations for self assembly via some sort of kit... I haven't yet searched this on the tintaweb for any ideas, thought I'd come to Club first to ask if there have been any of you who know of or who have done this themselves and if so, a detailed advisory and cost breakdown would be greatly appreciated. I'm a fairly confident soul, so and details you do jot down here, I'd have a go at! Cheers
