How to fit electric windows/central locking to 9n2 Polo

So i have a friend who has a 2006 1.2 E, 9n2. She wants electric windows fitted but I'm guessing while its all out its easy as well to fit central locking? anyone done this and know of any issues? will the plugs already be there, so will just be a case of fitting the modules?

For the electric windows I'm thinking new door cards? unless you can retro fit the switches then buy a blanking plate.

Any help is much appreciated!
