Silver 1985 Porsche 944 LUX 2.5 8v

Featured Replies

Beautiful 944 to drive, responsive, light clutch and gear box, very little whine through the torque tube for a 944 of this age (common in pretty much all of them). Taken for some long drives and used happily as a run around. Only done 977 miles during the year I've had it and never missed a beat, starts first time every time.
Bought a year ago for breaking but it was far too good to go this way. I have done tons of work to the mechanical side of the vehicle and restored the interior though unfortunately due to job and circumstance changes I can't afford the time or money to finish her off, will be very sad to see her go but would be perfect for someone with the skills to finish her off!

Flew through the last MOT which is valid until 30th May and Taxed until the end of June.
No rust where it matters, good solid sills. Inside of sills and wheel arches etc. treated with ACF50 corrosion protectant. Bit of surface rust to be seen to.

  • Rear window demister wire needs soldering back to wire strips
