MK2 1.3 Saloon gt cam

For Sale is my beloved mk2 saloon. I am selling this because i don't have the money or space to carry on doing it up. i am having to move in with the girlfriend, so i can't keep it at my dads anymore. i am open to reasonable offers, but i am in need of money, so no stupid offers.

Good Points: Sailed through its MOT, just needed new brake shoes and a new brake cylinder. fitted GT cam, full adjustable shocks, lowered 40mm front with AVO shocks and koni shocks with 60mm rear springs. 13" ATS cups, Recaro seats. plenty of spares, including, seats, grills, indicators, etc.
great runner, only broken down once, because i left the lights on all night and the battery died!

Bad points: i did have extended wheel arches on, but i couldn't get insurance on them, so i have changed front wings. while i had a donor car i changed the bonnet, and grills and switched a chipped light. i also changed the slam panel, because it was rusted on the bottom. looks as though someone before me had scraped it. the sump etc looks good though. i have matched the paintwork so it didn't look too bad and was planning to wrap it this summer, but obviously don't have time :( on the first attempt on the MOT they picked up a burst pressure sensor, so that has been changed, along with crank and cam seals, but there does still appear to be a little oil leak. not sure if this is residual oil or what, but it doesn't seem to drop on the dip rod, and i did 200 miles in it this weekend, and it seams fine!

Location: Penrith Cumbria. i am up north, but i am prepared to drive it halfway if you pay me the miles.
