1990 mk2 saloon

Calypso Blue

Roughly 100k on the clocks

Selling this as I can't be bothered going further with it.

There is a 1l engine in it that needs a few thing for it to run but this will be removed prior to sale, Means it will be ready for 16v conversion etc.

The engine in it has everything you need for a conversion, slim starter motor, 5 speed box with linkages etc.

Good Bits:

Mota lita steering wheel with boss.

Genesis front seats and mk3 golf leather rear bench (was trying to get a genesis rear bench but have given up)

Re-trimmed leather door cards (Cost £200 to get these done, should have got it working first.)

When I bought the car it was bare, I've got all the carpet seats dash etc.

New fuel tank.

This model was also one of the ones with the chrome trim bumpers, grill and windshield. Rear bumper is missing but has another one on it. chrome has worn off but the trim to replace it is cheap on ebay.

Lowered 80mm all round.

Original 13" steels, will need new tires however.

2 Baby g40's included, Was trying to get a full set to be banded but like the seats, I gave up.

Bad bits:

Rear drivers arch will need replaced, possibly passenger side too.

Paint is not amazing.

Few dents and ding, biggest being on the sill.

No exhaust.

No fuel pump.

Long service history from new up until 2 year before it was taken off the road.

I think that is it, this could be an impulse thing so genuine interest only, Will get some photos when I go to the garage where it stored and include as much as possible.

Located in Edinburgh, No tax and MOT so will need uploaded.

Looking for 400, could give you a set of zender sport alloys without tyres with the sale for 550.
