Can anyone help? I'm looking for the dished washers that go either side of the outer lower arm bush, on the anti roll bar?

Number 6 on the picture (if it works)

You may have to go to a VW dealers parts department to get them.

You could probably get away with plain washers though, providing that they are not those very thin ones.

poly ones come with em ..good time to upgrade and it makes a big differance

I think either an old land rover discovery or a defender damper bush washers are basically the same as the OE polo ones, maybe easier to get hold of.
