They're in good nick, nothing wrong with them other than they're a bit stiffer than I'd like (I have 225lb 8in springs now)

£20 plus P&P

I'm in Cardiff, work in St Albans and travel a lot. So I could meet you if you're on the M4 corridor, or near my start or end location.
