Corrado 1.8 16V 2L Bottom end, MOT & Tax, Coventry Quick Sale Needed

Would be interested in a SWAP/PX for a MK2 sciroccco only.

Hi guys, here for sale is my corrado 1.8 16v H reg in blue.

I bought this not too long ago for a project as -its a solid base and drives great. I have however changed my plans and after a MK2 scirocco again. It was my original plan to use a scirocco but chose this instead. I am now going to stick to my plan so this needs to go.

I just want to get my money back out of it. The car is pictured on Rota wheels, it would come on some other wheels which I am yet to purchase. The Rotas are not mine so unable to offer these with the car.

Loads of new parts:

-Newly built engine (1.8 head and dual KR exhaust cams, 2.0l 6A audi quattro bottom end with 41k original mileage). It does 47.9MPG on the motorway driving 60 to 70MPH, uses no oil, no smoke or rattles.

-New oil and filter

-New cam belt

-New PAS pump belt

-New shock mounts

-New heater matrix (Febi)

-New fan temperature switch

-Recent brake pads

-1 year old tires (Goodyear EcoGrip) - 7mm allround

-1 year old coilovers

-Oil and coolant change less than 1 month ago

All electrics working

Uprated headlights

Body has one dent on the rear passenger arch. The paint work is what lets this car down, it has been resprayed in the past and it is scratched and marked now. The tailgate has been partially sanded. It could do with a respray if you want it perfect, however if you just want a decent daily then its not a massive deal.

Good mileage for its age.

Bad bits:

1. Exhaust rear silencer is missing. Was removed as it was blowing. Gives it a raspier sound as the rest of the exhaust is standard

2. Has dents and scratches, but still nothing major

4. Sunroof only tilts (common corrado problem)

5. Driver seat bolster material was repaired by prev owner

6. No spare wheel

Overall it is a technically sound car with body in an average condition.

I have tried to be as honest as I can. Any questions - please do not hesitate. I am open to sensible offers and part ex with VW with small engine size.

£950 ONO I do have room in the price and I could do with a quick sale.

I would be interested in a PX/SWAP but only if it is a MK2 Scirocco.
