getting car off the floor

Featured Replies

Send them an invoice for your reasonable expenses to be paid within 21 days or £550 court fees should they wish to contest this. Try to use the same words as they did.

  • Today in a first for CP, someone complains about their car being too low Get a few mates round, lift it up and throw some blocks of wood/old tyres under. Or if you're struggling by yourself. Stuff

  • get some mates to lift it a few mm off the floor and get some closeup pics of the sills as if your car is slammed and troll a dub whore forum with them

  • They stole your number plate screws too ... thievin bastards.

funny you should say that, someone said exactly the same thing over on the caddy forum. Think i might draft up a letter when i get 5 mins and send over, might be a laugh for the sake of a 60p stamp!

Hopefully reports like that should stop now since you won't be able to see at a glance if a car is taxed or not.

But regarding your case, surely you could prove the car was being neither used or parked where it was. As you cannot use a car without wheels and you don't park a car by taking the wheels off it and leaving it on its sills.

someone in your block of flats blatantly has it in for you.

Probably the guys I reported to the police for dealing round the back of the garages. Although I didnt call them the time they were all caught by the police smoking crack round there.
