polo gti 2000 £950

Featured Replies

Hi folks, I'm selling the Mrs polo due to just having a baby and basically it being impractical to use as a family car and we don't have the time anymore to look after it.

Usual 1.6 gti spec, someone before us looked after it very well, we've about 9k worth of receipts including a rebuilt gearbox. All the mods were done at reputable garages and pretty much serviced by 've for the first ten years of its life. I still haven't found the time to go through everything it's had done but basically it's been looked after.

We've had the car 18 months and had some paintwork redone including the rolled arches. We've had the coilovers, battery and alternator replaced.

I reckon sooner rather than later it'll need a starter motor and someone will need to sort the stereo as whoever put it in messed it up and I've never been able to or bothered to sort it as we just use either the CD or aux.

Basically, if it wasn't for the baby we'd keep it as it's been a dream to drive and a solid and fun car for us. We'd like it it to go to someone who will look after it and enjoy it as much as we have.

No tax, mot dec, 108k located in Chorley Lancashire.

I don't really come on here so best contact me via text on 07712809103 but I will check on here every now and again. I've loads more pics on request via text as it's a ballache on here via my phone.
