Polo 6n for sale

Had this car now since November 2012, selling due to needing bigger car for family.

I have listed details below and some things which is wrong with it, I'm sure someone wouldn'd mind a project to work on?

The car has 88k miles, Full service history, Mot til November. The front tyres need replacing.
There is an issue with the central locking, it only opens/locks the driver door, passenger door has to be locked by the button.
There is a warped brake disk on near side front wheel, other side is fine and hasn't long been replaced.
Both windows drop into door when wound down.
Few rust spots as shown on photos.
Clutch does make a noise but it's not slipping at all.
Crack along the bottom of the windscreen.
