Came across a few more parts, The original setup consisted of a Renault 5 Turbo carb mounted to a MK2 polo inlet with the adaptor plate. Atop of the carb sat a G40 throttle body hat with a Garret dump valve professionally welded on. The Hat and adaptor plates are for sale

Modified G40 TB hat. I think this would be perfect for somebody running a turbo set up with a 51mm throttle body as it has been machined out to 51mm for its previous application. Dump valve is made my Garrett and has a Kevlar diaphragm. I've never had this fitted to a G40 TB so I'm not 100% that it will fit but I cant see any reason why not. Will clean/paint up nice with a bit of work.
