In need of assistance

Hello everyone,

It's been a long time since I've posted on here.

It's crazy how much has changed since I used to be on here regularly.

But, I'm glad to be back behind the wheel of a Mk2f once again. (Makes a massive improvement on the Ford Focus I used to own)

The problem is, I need some help with the front suspension. I've read everywhere how to do it, so I've purchased parts and some tools.

But since I made plans to fix the front suspension, my health has deteriorated and physical exertion is more difficult than it used to be.

I'm looking for someone to kindly help me get my front shocks/springs and top mounts changed.

I'm willing to travel some what of a distance (I live in north Shropshire) and I'm also willing to compensate with cash or barter my techy skills.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
