Fantastic example of a BMW 525d touring which has been maintained regardless of cost throughout its lifetime.

Having covered only 136,000 miles, mainly motorway - the engine runs smoothly and sweetly and coupled with the automatic transmission & cruise control makes this a competent barge for the daily commute, not forgetting the iDrive and armrest for control of the vehicle from your finger-tips.

The comfortable sports leather seats are in pristine condition and provide a great amount of support for both driver and passengers, coupled with the near-new Bridgestone run-flats with 18” M sport alloys, there is a great compromise between comfort, safety and aesthetics.

Being a tourer, there is ample room within the vehicle, with the under boot storage space and tray, numerous side pockets, luggage blind, dog guard, rear split folding seats. Parking sensors both front & rear make the large vehicle simple to park in even the tightest of spaces. Carrying capacity is further improved by roof rails.

The car was also specified with Black Alcantara headlining and carbon dash and door inserts.

All BMW geeks will be happy to know that all the BMW goodies are still present (tool-kit, first aid kit, torch etc).

There are very few negative points to the car, with the only points being of note are superficial paint scratches to the front bumper corners and rear bumper corner. These do not detract from the overall appearance of the vehicle and can be remedied either by myself on behalf of the new owner, or by the new owner him/herself.

I am selling in order to purchase a 320d touring, as upon reflection of owning the 525d, I do not require such a powerful engine, nor do I require the vast amounts of space offered by the 525d which spends most of it’s time with only myself in the drivers seats.

It will be a shame to see Slyvia go, as it will offer the new owner a minimum of 100,000 miles more of ownership,it is not unusual to see looked-after BMW diesels perform well into the 300k mark and beyond.

For this vehicle, I am asking £5,995 which I believe is very fair considering the condition, mileage & service history/documentation that supports the car.

If you do have a 320d 2005+ please let me know, I am happy to work out a deal with PX either way.
