Sadly can't make it to UD :'( of course when you want time off/someone to cover then no one will. Hoping there are some other meets over the next few months (someone tell me cause I have no idea) that I'll be able to book time off and get to.

Not really any updates on the car. Bought myself a Canon 400d though, starting to learn how to get some decent pictures. Waiting on some decent weather - always seems to be raining whenever I'm not in work

And a not so clear picture of the Polo up on Dartmoor when I got the 400d (had no idea what I was doing with it )

Progress is slow, been looking at pics from UD and I'm really wanting a votex kit more and more - also need to start doing some more on the interior as it's still pretty much standard. Seen a girl on a 9n facebook group that makes custom gaiters and things so I was thinking of ordering one and eventually gonna wrap the air vents and centre of the dash..possibly in black carbon still undecided.

Even further than UD is would love to go though, can't keep missing out on all these big events...time to start booking days off me thinks. Agreed on the interior, I'd like to get some new seats - my dad has a mk4 V5 Golf and the seats are so nice in that except I've heard they don't mount the same as the Polo's the Polo 9n FSI seats are somewhat similar though.

I've asked if this girl can make me a gear and handbrake gaiter in black suede with blue stitching, if she can then I'll style it from there

Hope you're gonna get a thread going for your TT once you start on it I'd love to move onto something like an e36 next - my dads other beast is an e36 m3 (you can see it in a couple of my pics in the garage) so that started the e36 love. Made me sad when you said about seeing your Polo leave..I probably won't ever want to sell mine

looks stunning mate and so clean. What colour is that? in some lights looks like jazz blue..

if i had saved rather than went straight to finance I would have got a 9n as a daily instead of the 6r and now i cant modify it..which is good really otherwise i would have nothing left for the mk2f lol.

i say take that v5 out your dads golf on a weekend and put you 1.4 in his...he will never know :P

also is that girl you speak of the one on instagram with a stunning silver 9n and she made her own tartan gaitor?

Late response sorry dude! Yeah decided I wanted some noise aha, has no centre silencer box

And agreed with the mudflaps except since they've been on so long they've left grooves which are a bit messy so I'll have to sort it

Still deciding whether or not to keep it for another year or replace it when my insurance is up, if I decide to keep it I'm gonna get some 16s to put on and get it lower since it sits a bit high still

Really like your VAG, it sits really well on those coil overs too, that's how I want my LOLA to sit to, but I like the mud flaps, mine didn't come with any, but that's my tastes, lol.
