Hi guys and girls. I am currently about to start on my first full strip, build and race project. I have a 6N2 polo which I will be entering some local hillclimb and rally events once built.

Any advice would be great but at the moment, I am wonderjng if anyone has some advice regarding what gearbox to run ?? I'm after a nice close ration gearbox.... max 100-120mph. I was wondering if I cpuld build my own C/R gearbox using OEM VW parts ?? Also, what engine should I choose ?? I currently have a AFH but would a 1600 16v be a better option ?? Thank you :)
