Hi I couldn't find an FAQ on this, I'm currently in research mode for my mk2 bready.

I have a mk2f bready gt donor.

I'm going to swap the mk2f rear beam inc all the brakes to the mk2 and was wondering if I need to swap the handbrake as I know they differ.

Will a mk2 handbrake cable connect to the mk2f rear brakes?

    Changeover year then. Does the mk2 have the same shape pedals as the gt? If it does, it's a late mk2.
