Hi all, Well to start with I've had 3 VW Polos in my two years of driving, this one is my final and no matter what goes wrong its mine to fix. I've put a lot of money into it and I plan to run it till it drops.

Its a 6N2 in Indigo Blue, 16V with a standard engine, had one owner since new and i am the second, the lovely old lady before me owned it from new and gave it a service every 6 months like clockwork, only problem was, she damaged the body a little and didnt look after the paint work.

Whats Been Done So Far:

• Front Shocks & Struts replaced with standards
• Front bearings replaced N/S and O/S
• Front wishbone replaced and polybushings installed
• Antiroll bar polybushes installed
• Timing Belt and Water pump replaced
• Valves cleaned and seals replaced
• Top end cleaned of residue
• Aftermarket Angel Eye Headlights with projectors installed
• HID Headlights installed
• Fog lights replaced with Philips XtremeVision
• High Beam replaced with Philips XtremeVision
• Indicator bulbs chromed
• BBS 15" Rims put on
• 4x Premium tyres
• Metal Number Plates
• Central Locking Installed
• Alarm Installed
• Custom Colour Matched Mats, Seat Covers and Seatbelt Covers
• New ICE Headunit

Whats Next To Do:

• Fix the lacquer damage to the bonnet
• Repair the dent to the side sill
• Possibly plastidip the entire car
• Build a AFH/AVY Bike Carb hybrid and put in the car.
• Upgrade the gearbox and clutch
• Clean up the gearbox and reloom all my own custom wiring
• Install better speakers in doors
• Leather Heated Seats

Looks super clean

Other than a slight bit of lacquer damage on the bonnet, the sill getting a big wack on a curb and slight lacquer damage on the roof it is pristine to be honest.

PS: Washed and waxed it myself today (:

Also, does anyone know any methods to fix slight scrapes/peels in plastic trims/bumpers, i was thinking of smoothing it with a heatgun then putting filler in.

Got all the damage pictured today and already started filling it and repainting it back to the original colour.

The joys of working at Halfords, cheaper paint.

Got my lovely heated leather seats in and working from a mk3 golf colour concept.

Replaced the leaky sump.

Up next, replace the noisy starter motor and N/S/F outer boot leak as well as replace the clutch.

Once all the mechanics are sorted finally time to start fixing up the body work and take it back to its old self.
