JNL Stage 5 Charger - Freshly ported and rebuilt

Featured Replies

JNL Stage 5 ported charger, equivalent to a PSD full blend or Jabba R1 but with far smoother porting. JNL used to do all the work for Gwerks and are now big in the custom fabrication game, just have a look at their facebook page to see the incredible levels of engineering work they carry out.

The supercharger was purchased from Phil J as a good, low mileage charger.

JNL received the charger fully stripped where they carried out porting to release it's maximum potential using their knowledge from years of experience and flow bench testing using the G40 charger at a cost of £150.

The strip down and rebuild was carried out by Pete. Pete is very thorough and precise with his rebuilds and has a very good reputation for well built chargers. The standard Rebuild price is £265, but I chose to have the uprated countershaft bearing, costing an extra £10, and I also had the top bearing replaced, which is an extra £42. So the total price was £315.

The charger has not been fitted since being built and has sat on top of my wardrobe as an ornament and as such it will need running in properly. I'm only selling it as I just don't have time for a toy anymore and I'm selling the polo and all the associated goodies.

The pictures speak for themselves...
