VOLKSWAGEN Golf 1.9 TDi (X Reg) 115BHP, 116,000 miles - £800 ONO

For sale is my MK4 Golf I would like to get rid of. I’ve recently had both front suspension, wishbones and drive shafts changed due to a clicking sound coming from the right hand side but after the noise is still present. After getting these replaced the car has produced a slight knocking sound which I hear every now and again and the handbrake is weak.

I originally thought when I fix the clicking sound I’ll fix the rest of the car but because it’s still present, I feel like I’ve wasted money on her if I’m honest and as a student can’t afford to waste any more.

--- Good Points ---

It Drives extremely smooth if you block out the sounds

Diesel - 115 BHP

Leather heated seats

Climate control

V5C Present

--- Bad Points ---

Whistle From Serpentine Belt (Worse when the car is cold and when full lock)

Handbrake needs adjusting, Useless on any type of hill

Rusty bits (see pictures)

No Stereo

No Service History

Airbag Fault

4 Owners
